The Velopark bicycle parking facility was developed specifically to meet the growing demand in local public transport and the tourism industry. Velopark product details
A Velopark facility is made of sturdy, powder-coated and galvanised steel with two sliding doors. It can hold up to 20 bikes and has a separate control station. This control station acts as a central control unit that provides information via a touchscreen monitor and enables payment transactions. The sloping trapezoidal sheet metal roof/monopitch roof ensures optimal water drainage and can be optionally greened to make an additional contribution to the environment.
Material and material processing methods
- The steel structures are made of stainless steel aluminium as standard and are additionally powder-coated.
- Our systems meet the corrosion protection requirements according to ‘C3’, moderate, protection period ‘high’.
- Corrosion protection requirement ‘C4’ is available on request.
- The steel structure can be connected to the on-site earthing system.
Velopark facilities
- The housing of the Velopark bicycle storage facility and the control station can be customised in almost any colour combination.
- Velopark is available as standard in a classic RAL colour from the LockTec PG 1 list at no extra charge. Other or additional RAL colours are available on request at an extra charge.

- The control station consists of a PC and touchscreen with a multilingual, intuitive user interface. It can be set up flexibly, either directly next to the bicycle storage facility or separately.
- The opening and closing mechanism of the compartments can be operated by entering a PIN on the touchpad, scanning a barcode or RFID code, or using a fingerprint.
- Velopark can also be optionally equipped with anti-graffiti coating, green roofing and stickers (door numbering, operating instructions, pictograms, lettering or logos).
