Servicebox Basic – The small pick-up station
24/7 handover of medications and small goods
The Servicebox Basic is a compact locker system for handing over medications, documents, and smaller goods to your customers. Thanks to intelligent software, your customers receive a notification by email or SMS as soon as their goods are ready for pick-up. Pick-up at the locker is thus also possible after store closing – safe, discreet, and absolutely flexible.
Designed for installation in on-site walls
The system is designed for installation in existing walls. Stocking is done through the door at the rear of the system, so that staff do not have to leave the store. A touchscreen enables menu navigation, input of pick-up codes, and access to information.
Variants and equipment
The Servicebox Basic is available in two versions:
- 8-unit module: Two large and six small lockers.
- 12-unit module: Twelve small lockers.
