Servicebox Basic – The small pick-up station
24/7 handover of medication and small goods
The Servicebox Basic is a compact locker system for handing over medication, documents, and smaller goods to your customers. Thanks to intelligent software, your customers will receive a notification by email or SMS as soon as their goods are ready for pick-up. Collection from the locker system is also possible after business hours – safe, discreet, and absolutely flexible.
Designed for installation in on-site walls
The system is designed for installation in on-site walls. Stocking takes place via the door at the rear of the system, so staff do not have to leave the store. A touchscreen enables menu navigation, the entry of pickup codes, and the retrieval of information.

The Servicebox Basic is available in two versions:
- 8-unit module: Two large and six small lockers.
- 12-unit module: Twelve small lockers.
