Based on the cooperation with our "new" partner Elocksys, in Autumn 2008 we already could deliver an electronic LOCKSAFE IV left-luggage locker system to South Africa which was installed in the International Convention Centre in Capetown.
Thereby the system offers a special service to the centre's visitors as via an integrated power supply in the small "XS"-lockers, electronic devices of all kind (e.g. laptop, mobile phones, iPods, etc.) can be recharged. Furthermore the large lockers are equipped with coat hooks. The customer gets a barcode-ticket with which he opens the locker again after he has paid the rental fee by South-African Rand coins or bank notes.
This state-of-the-art locker system is very well accepted by the visitors of the Capetown Convention Centre which is reflected by the additional receipts of the operator who in view of the 2010 Football Worldcup in South Africa is very optimistic to install further LOCKSAFE systems.
