Locksafe medic

This system has been developed for the pick-up of medicine in pharmacies. Specific medicaments are not always available in the pharmacy but will be ordered only on presentation of the prescription. In order to get his medicament, the customer has to come again during the opening times of the pharmacy.

LOCKSAFE medic makes sure that the customer may pick up his goods even out of opening times of the pharmacy: The pharmacist deposits the medicine in one of the lockers. At the same time the customer will get a text message that his goods are ready for pick-up at the system. With his customer card or a PIN-number that was transmitted by the text message he can pick-up his medicine 24-hours all-around the clock.

Of course, the system can be used for other, similar applications.

If required, we can offer complete solutions for the entrance area of your pharmacy:

• Counter element with integrated intercommunication system enables personal advice without - e.g. during night hours - leaving the inside of the pharmacy. Thus the pharmacy's staff is safe, while the customers may not abstain from personal service.
• Parcel locks ("incoming module") enable the distributors, independent from any opening times, to deliver urgent medicine to the pharmacy all-around-the-clock.
