As a landloard, postman, courier or tenant, do you find the following frustrating:
- illegible bell nameplates, covered in stickers or without any name?

In this case directbox24 offers the solution:
- an optional number of keyless, personal letter boxes, depending on the size of the building
- alphabetic list of up to 100 names in the display instead of numerous bell nameplates
- the possibility to store more names per flat
- the possibility to show further information, e.g. "5th floor" or "back house", etc.
- delivery of goods and parcels for the flat owner all around the clock
- Goods and parcel return to the courier service all around the clock

And this is how the delivery of parcels works with directbox24:
The system stores the names of the building's tenants, which can then be called up alphabetically in directbox24's electronic display.
Having selected the name, the courier presses the bell - if you answer via the intercom, he will, of course, bring the parcel to your front-door. If, however, you are not at home, he will push the button "delivery of parcel". Afterwards a free parcel box opens and he can deposit the parcel. After locking the door, the parcel is ready for pick-up by you.
If you come back home and open your letter box with your personal PIN-number, you will get an optical and acoustic message that a delivery is ready for pick-up, the locker opens and you can immediately bring your parcel to your flat.
directbox24 is modular and the number of letter and parcel boxes can be expanded according to the number of flats.
Optional:
- The courier service gets a receipt about the delivery of the parcel stating the name of the recipient, locker number and time of deposit.
- Of course return deliveries to parcel services are also possible, given the acceptance of the property management
- A speech module can be connected, i.e. a message can be left for the absent tenant at the system. At return the flat owner can listen to the message after logging into the system.
- A SMS module can be connected, i.e. you will automatically get - in case your telephone number is stored in the system - a text message sent to your mobile phone that a parcel was delivered for you.
