This system is especially suitable for larger offices and industrial companies where all recipients of the goods are known and their names are stored in the system. 

At the system's screen  the parcel service selects the name of the recipient of the goods and the size of the locker. After confirmation, a free box opens and the courier may deposit the parcel. From the system the recipient will get a message via telephone or mail that a delivery is ready for pick-up at the businessbox24.

To confirm the deposit of the goods, the courier service gets a scanable receipt with the recipient's name, time and a barcode.

With his customer card or via a PIN-number, at any time the recipient of the goods can pick up his delivery at the system.

 Even the return of the goods via the system is guaranteed as the names of the courier systems can be stored in the unit. In case a parcel should be returned via the system, the process will work vice-versa.

The sender deposits the parcel and selects the name of the respective courier service that is stored in the system as recipient.  The courier will get a text message or email and can pick-up the parcel at any time from the system.
